One of the leading Airline companies is looking for a talent to ensure quality delivery of the airport services and lounge experience for its premium customers, with specific focus on service and operational excellence.
Job Descriptions:
• Plan and execute the premium service Lounge policies, procedures and standards across all airport contact points for prime customers and lounges globally
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop yearly budgets and comprehensive plans to meet business unit objectives within allocated budget
• Position and monitor performance targets for lounges to uplift overall customer satisfaction and retention
• Assess worldwide lounge expenditure budget, ensuring conformity with corporate goals, policies and targets
• Represent Airport Service Delivery in all inter and intra departmental activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience with a strategic role in hospitality, food and beverage, premium service, with previous regional exposure
• Solid experience in customer-centric strategy and customer experiences
• Proactive, customer-centric, strong in analytical and project management skills
• Strong abilities in budgetary control and problem solving
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
