A leading financial services company is currently seeking for a high potential Customer Insights calibre to join their team as a Manager or Director, depending on your experience. If you are a data-driven candidate with strong analytical mindset then this is an excellent role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and execute data and insight analytic strategy
- Manage customer data and insights to identify potential business opportunities and upcoming business strategies
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing team on new product development, pricing strategies and marketing campaigns
- Build and drive insight framework and solutions to drive a data-driven culture and increase insight capabilities
- Manage ad hoc research projects when assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Minimum 8 years of customer insight, data analytic or related experience
- Candidate with previous exposure from financial services or research agencies will be a definite advantage
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proactive and data-saavy individual
