Hong Kong well-known organization with diverse business such as entertainment, membership services and charities seek for Project manager mainly responsible for the talent development initiatives and leadership programmes, Long-term partnership with diverse parties and manage the team operation. You will: • Drive, develop, and implement Trust's caring talent development initiatives and leadership programmes. • Monitor the execution, manage the performance of working partners and evaluate the programmes impact. • Build long-term partnership with local and overseas top-notch universities, education and social service sector professionals, NGOs and Government bureaux and departments. • Support the operation of the Secretariat, oversee budgetary planning and control, plan and organise recruitment, development and engagement programmes for Scholars and Fellows. • Build the Scholar / Fellow community into a talent network of future compassionate leaders aspiring to create greater social impact. • Foster synergy and collaboration amongst the talents, across sectors and with other Trust’s projects and programmes. • Lead, mentor and manage staff and resources to achieve team goals.
You should have:
• A Bachelor's Degree or above and at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Solid track record in the design, development and facilitation of an end-to-end talent and leadership programmes from previous roles.
• Work knowledge of operating scholarship schemes, fellowship programmes and exchange programmes, is desirable.
• Passion to learn and innovate.
• Personal accountability for delivering quality and timely work collaborating with a team of specialists.
• Strong judgment, problem solving and people management skills.
• Strong communication and liaison skills, both written and spoken, for collaboration with local and international institutions and organisations.
