In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of driving eCommerce performance, growing membership and CRM engagement, and advancing marketing automation to build stronger, data-driven relationships with customers.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and optimise multi-channel campaigns that increase new user acquisition, site traffic, conversion rates, and revenue across eCommerce platforms such as Mira eShop.
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing programmes designed to acquire, engage, and retain members through personalised journeys, loyalty offers, and segmentation-based targeting.
  • Utilise CDP/CRM and automation tools including Adobe RTCDP, Tealium, Segment, or MS Dynamics 365—to design behaviour-triggered journeys across email, app, and digital channels.
  • Manage and optimise paid search, social media, display advertising, and video campaigns to deliver strong return on ad spend (ROAS), efficient cost per acquisition (CPA), and audience growth aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal analytics and IT teams to ensure accurate tagging, attribution modelling, and comprehensive marketing measurement; deliver actionable insights through dashboards that guide ongoing optimisation.
  • Identify strategic partners or loyalty alliances that enhance membership value propositions, expand brand reach, and boost eShop sales performance through innovative collaborations.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, eCommerce, CRM, and Operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns that connect channels and foster seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing technology to ensure all strategies remain current with emerging best practices in data-driven marketing.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach by continuously experimenting with new ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Support knowledge sharing within the team by mentoring junior colleagues on best practices in growth marketing.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required for this position as it provides the foundational knowledge necessary for success.
  • Over ten year's experience in performance marketing, CRM or eCommerce growth—preferably within hospitality, retail or lifestyle industries—demonstrates your deep understanding of sector-specific challenges.
  • A proven record of using CRM strategies combined with data insights to drive customer engagement as well as incremental revenue highlights your analytical strengths.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe RTCDP or MS Dynamics 365 enables you to design effective personalisation journeys.
  • Strong proficiency in SEM techniques including paid media management plus analytics tools like GA4 ensures you can measure what matters most.
  • An analytical mindset paired with commercial acumen allows you to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business growth.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends including innovations in automation platforms is essential for keeping strategies relevant.
  • Social-media-savvy skills coupled with an understanding of audience insights empower you to stay ahead of platform changes and creative storytelling formats.
  • A solid grasp of brand strategy principles along with consumer behaviour analysis supports your ability to craft compelling campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese enable you to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
