My client is a home‑grown international company with a fun, entrepreneurial spirit. Based in Hong Kong, they operate with a lean, collaborative team and are steadily expanding into other APAC markets. Their culture is agile, creative, and ambitious - thrive on building from the ground up and scaling new ideas into impactful business results.

Currently in search of a Growth Marketer and take ownership of building and optimizing growth engine from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start‑up environment, enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and is motivated by measurable impact. You will be responsible for driving funnel conversion, running A/B tests, and developing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and retention across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize the full marketing funnel to drive conversion and growth.

  • Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and improve campaign performance.

  • Build scalable growth strategies from the ground up, including digital acquisition, retention, and referral programs.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experiment with new channels, tools, and approaches to unlock growth potential in APAC markets.

  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track performance and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing (start‑up or small team experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of funnel optimization, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

  • Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into clear actions.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit—comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and eager to build from scratch.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and regions

  • Familiarity with APAC markets and cultural nuances is a plus

  • Fluency in spoken English and Chinese
