Growth Marketer (Start Up, International, Lifestyle)
My client is a home‑grown international company with a fun, entrepreneurial spirit. Based in Hong Kong, they operate with a lean, collaborative team and are steadily expanding into other APAC markets. Their culture is agile, creative, and ambitious - thrive on building from the ground up and scaling new ideas into impactful business results.
Currently in search of a Growth Marketer and take ownership of building and optimizing growth engine from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start‑up environment, enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and is motivated by measurable impact. You will be responsible for driving funnel conversion, running A/B tests, and developing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and retention across markets.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize the full marketing funnel to drive conversion and growth.

Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and improve campaign performance.

Build scalable growth strategies from the ground up, including digital acquisition, retention, and referral programs.

Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Experiment with new channels, tools, and approaches to unlock growth potential in APAC markets.

Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills

5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing (start‑up or small team experience preferred).

Strong understanding of funnel optimization, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into clear actions.

Entrepreneurial spirit—comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and eager to build from scratch.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and regions

Familiarity with APAC markets and cultural nuances is a plus
- Fluency in spoken English and Chinese
