Our client is a reputable insurance company with fast growing business in Hong Kong, to drive customer engagement, they are looking for customer engagement specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute in-app marketing campaigns focused on enhancing user engagement, retention, and overall growth.
  • Leverage CleverTap to segment user audiences, craft personalized communications, and automate end-to-end marketing workflows.
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement data to uncover insights, identify optimization opportunities, and improve campaign performance.
  • Design and conduct A/B tests to assess the impact of various marketing strategies and creative approaches.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives within the app experience.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of in-app campaigns, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in mobile marketing, user engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to user reviews on the App Store and Google Play, maintaining a positive user experience and brand reputation.
  • Manage configuration of in-app banners and promotional features to drive user interaction and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in using CleverTap for user segmentation, engagement, and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-informed decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and other performance optimization techniques.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or customer engagement roles.
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms.
  • Understanding of mobile app development processes and user experience (UX) design principles.
