This role will be responsible for managing ecommerce website, digital marketing and copy writing.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and develop sales and marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.
Develop promotion campaigns and CRM programs using online and offline marketing tools, capable of capturing the optimized return on advertising/marketing strategies while managing the bottom line and top line.
Source new vendors to enhance the product portfolio and explore new business opportunities.
Manage daily operations, including CMS maintenance, product and content updates, sales and performance analysis, customer service, and monitoring of logistics and stock levels.
Plan and execute social media strategies, including content creation, posting, and community monitoring.
Monitor platform performance and enhance the customer's online journey from a UX/UI perspective.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve platforms and resolve issues.
Work closely with stakeholders, such as Customer Services, Marketing, and Finance teams, to achieve business goals and ensure smooth operations.
Regularly compile sales, traffic, and promotion reports, as well as competitor analysis.
Key Requirements:
University graduate in eCommerce, Business, Marketing, or Information System related discipline
4 years of experience in sales and the e-commerce industry, preferably with sales track record
Hands-on experience in driving and initiating online and offline marketing promotions
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing, from idea generation to evaluation
Familiarity with SaaS-based e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopline, Wix) and knowledge of HTML and Google Analytics is advantageous
Proficiency in artwork design, such as AI and Photoshop, is a definite advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
