Key Responsibilities:

• Core Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engagement strategies and events to elevate the employee experience, instill positivity, and keep teams connected across Hong Kong and the region.
  • Develop integrated communications and engagement plans that align with company purpose and strategy, delivered through online and offline channels, including leadership conferences, senior leadership meetings, and town halls.
  • Create unique and prestigious employee experiences, strengthening recognition culture through everyday recognition programs, annual awards, and engagement initiatives.
  • Advise and support department-led events for employees in Hong Kong.
  • Manage the Cathay sports and interest clubs network, setting operational guidelines, supporting club administration, recruiting members, and driving initiatives to enhance effectiveness and pride.
