• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• HKCEE/DSE or above
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in Cantonese, and conversational English
