We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to head our Corporate Communications function. This role is pivotal in shaping the public image and internal culture of one of Hong Kong’s leading construction groups. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic communication plans that reflect our values, strengthen our brand, and engage both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Communications Planning
    Develop and implement integrated communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives and brand identity.

  • Content Development
    Create compelling content for digital platforms, press releases, speeches, newsletters, and social media.

  • Internal Engagement
    Design and manage internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and alignment.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration
    Partner with teams such as Marketing and HR to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Media Relations
    Cultivate relationships with media outlets, manage press interactions, and oversee public sentiment and coverage.

  • Reputation & Crisis Management
    Monitor media trends, identify reputational risks, and lead crisis communication efforts when necessary.

  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
    Support the planning and execution of CSR initiatives and events.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications, with a proven record of strategic leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong storytelling and content creation capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Strategic mindset with strong planning and execution abilities
  • Experience in crisis communication and reputation management
