Corporate Communications Manager (1 Year Renewable Contract)

Our client is a leading medical business in the market. Currently they are looking for a capable Manager, Corporate Communications, in shaping public perception of their business. This position requires a strong ability to create engaging content, manage online presence, and execute successful publicity initiatives. Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese are critical.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute write-ups, annual reports, leaflets, videos, branding materials, and other corporate publications.
  • Oversee the production and utilization of various communication platforms (including intranet, email, company website, social media and etc) for corporate image branding and develop strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Plan and organize corporate publicity activities, events, and visits, including internal employee events and external stakeholder engagements.
  • Formulate media communication strategies, publicity plans, and develop corporate messages for media interviews, press conferences, and other publicity events; handle public and media inquiries and arrange media interviews.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the company's reputation during challenging situations, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgeting and logistics for company events and communication initiatives
  • Fulfill PR duties such as developing corporate messaging, press releases, and speeches; handling public and media inquiries; and arranging media interviews and various networking functions
  • Lead the development and production of the annual report, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effectively communicating the company's financial performance, strategic initiatives, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively engage with key stakeholders, including investors, employees, customers, and the broader community.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Language, Communications or Public Relations
  • Excellent writing skill for annual reports and corporate publication is essential. Written test will be provided before the interview
  • At least 12 years of solid experience in the field of publication, public relations, event management or medical industry
  • Good experience in planning and implementing public relation and media relation strategies to build up the brand image of the company, printing and video production, organising large scale events, publishing materials at various channels and publicity campaigns
  • Create high-quality bilingual content in both English and Chinese for corporate social media platforms and articles
