Ideal candidate must have experiences in office admin secretarial support within a Corporate Communications team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide general admin support to the Corporate Communications team within the Branding and Marketing Division
- Support the Director of Corporate Communications leadership team
- Maintain record and filing system for the department
- Work on daily media summary and assist in preparation of reports, including payment requests and follow-up for the team
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks when required
Main Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant office administration or secretarial experiences
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Excel, Chinese and English Word Processing
- Prior experience in supporting Corporate Communications team would be an advantage
