A reputable asset management firm is currently seeking for an IR Manager to join their sizeable team. The chosen candidate must have previous investor relations experience, solid exposure in PRC / Mainland markets would be a definite advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide investor relations advisory services
- Formulate relations strategies to enhance communications with stakeholders as investor presentations, website content, press releases and annual reports
- Participate in corporate communications events or activities as investor meetings and conferences
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish long-term rapport with investors and business partners
- Conduct capital market research to obtain market intelligence to support the development of brand strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Finance or any related discipline
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in investor relations
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Solid knowledge in capital markets, investment, financial principles, and corporate strategy
- Previous exposure in PRC or China markets would be a definite advantage
- Strong team-based mindset
