Our client is a large scale company with different businesses, this role will be providing internal communications service to internal staff and closely work with technical team. If you are, * Experienced in Internal communications * Interested in Information Technology * Interested in Learning and developing * Good command of Chinese and English * 8-15 years experience in Marketing, Media or Communications Job duties: • Own the ambitious vision, drive the strategy and execution plan of the world-class security culture, awareness, and training program • Develop, manage & communicate Culture, Awareness, and Training roadmap to leadership, customers, and other key stakeholders • Drive Organization Technical Program to higher maturity level, including identification and assessment of organizational human risks, analysis of trends and defining key objectives and activities • Lead through organizational scale and priority changes in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, results-oriented team environment • Define ambitious, measurable goals, objectives, and identity metrics and solutions that show impact and progress over time • Select, deploy and manage computer-based training vendor as one of the primary training sources • Establish a governance board for the Technical Program, including preparing content for regular updates, and influencing decisions to ensure work continues towards common objectives • Develop feedback mechanisms to measure the impact and efficiency of training and awareness initiatives; collect, analyse, and interpret data to make recommendations for how to achieve future behavioural change • Partner with stakeholders across the entire company to identify and deliver shared outcomes that measurably improve secure behavior across the organization • Contribute to the industry by running charity program with educational institutions to nurture technial talent for the betterment of Hong Kong • Review materials for Information Technology awareness for organization-wide initiatives and projects • Manage messaging on behalf of all InfoSec teams to ensure consistency and impact • Ensure Awareness program communicates policies and requirements effectively, so people know and understand where to go for guidance • Work closely with HR Organization Development teams to ensure an aligned and effective approach for training meets appropriate internal and external regulatory requirements • Mentor and build a diverse, global, and high-performance team by creating appropriate learning opportunities and timely feedback

Requirements:


• University degree or above in Marketing, Media and Communications and/or equivalent industry experience.


• Around 4 to 8 years of work experience in a communication, marketing or change management discipline with at least 2 years of experience successfully educating the business on the topic of Information

Technology and engaging with business and Technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


• Experience and demonstrable skills in consultative stakeholder engagement.


• Excellent skills in collaborating with peers and senior management.


• Ability to achieve outcomes through others.


• High level communication skills – both oral and written.


• Strong data analytical skills with the ability to turn data into information.


• Excellent knowledge/experience in educating users in relation to technical and driving engagement.


• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and effectively delegate.


• Strong planning, organisation, decision making and time management skills.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• Ability to manage several projects concurrently.


• High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change.


• Ability to contribute to and understand strategic perspectives and translate into tactical actions and meaningful communications.
