Advertising & Media Lead - Consumer Healthcare, UP to 60K

A leading consumer healthcare company in Hong Kong is seeking an Advertising and Media Lead to drive the next phase of its brand growth. This is a unique opportunity for you to take full ownership of a high-impact advertising ecosystem, spanning everything from big-budget TV commercials to daily social media campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for integrated marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on both traditional TV advertising and modern social media platforms.
  • Oversee all stages of advertising production from initial concept development through scripting, shooting, post-production, launch, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Personally manage or supervise the creation of key visual assets including posters, social media creatives, and campaign materials using advanced AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and Leonardo.
  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with external partners including production houses, directors, media agencies, and digital platform representatives to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Continuously monitor live campaign performance data in real time and adjust budgets or creative direction as needed to maximise return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and regulatory affairs to guarantee all advertising content is compliant with industry standards and remains true to brand values.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh concepts for upcoming campaigns while ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Provide clear guidance and constructive feedback to junior team members or external designers involved in asset creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in advertising technology and consumer engagement tactics relevant to the healthcare sector.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes for senior management review, highlighting successes as well as areas for future improvement.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of six to eight years’ direct experience in advertising roles with at least three years spent managing teams or projects at a leadership level within an agency or client-side environment.
  • Demonstrated success producing TV commercials (including 15s/30s/60s spots) as well as running impactful social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of advertising production processes—from briefing through final delivery—with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work consistently under tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI or Leonardo; comfort creating or refining visuals quickly even if not a full-time designer by trade.
  • Experience working within or alongside full-service or digital-first advertising agencies is highly valued for this position due to the breadth of required skills.
  • Exceptional project management abilities enabling you to coordinate multiple stakeholders while keeping projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to build rapport with both internal colleagues and external partners such as production houses or media agencies.
  • A collaborative approach that fosters teamwork across departments including sales, product development, compliance/regulatory affairs.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising regulations is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn these requirements is important.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for presenting ideas clearly at all levels of the organisation.
