A leading insurance company is looking for creative talent to support their business in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative and multimedia function, collaborating closely with the multimedia designer.
  • Develop integrated marketing assets for web, digital, email, social media, print, events, and video.
  • Craft compelling copy and narratives for campaigns, executive presentations, and video scripts.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and adherence to brand voice across all channels.
  • Implement and optimise creative workflows through Generative AI to improve efficiency.
  • Edit and refine content to maintain messaging standards.
  • Provide hands‑on support in multimedia production during peak periods.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in creative content development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with AI content generation tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, Higgsfield.AI).
  • Strong UX writing understanding and familiarity with multimedia workflows.
  • Experience with brand management and cross‑platform content alignment.
  • Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred.
