Compliance Manager, Private Banking

A regional bank is seeking a Compliance Manager for its Private Banking division.

The role will report directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compliance advice to the Private Banking Department;
• Advise and review product due diligence work for the products of Private Banking;
• Assist in the compliance review exercises;
• Support in managing compliance projects;
• Participate in ad hoc projects or duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Law, Business or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in selling practice compliance of financial institutions in Hong Kong;
• Good understanding of investment products and relevant regulatory compliance requirements;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
