Complaints Management - Assistant Manager / Manager
As a Complaints Management role in the compliance team, you will play a crucial role in handling complaint cases and collaborating with other business units to address compliance issues.
What you'll do:
- Provide regulatory advice and guidance on rules and regulations in respect of general compliance
- Handle complaint cases with compliance issues, including liaising with regulators
- Collaborate with other business units to review compliance issues
- Develop, review and enforce the compliance programmes in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the bank and regulatory bodies
- Provide internal compliance trainings
- Review policies and procedures
- Liaise with regulators, handle regulators’ enquiries and information request
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Compliance Manager position will hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Laws or related disciplines. They will bring at least 5 years of banking experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate substantial knowledge of regulatory requirements within the banking industry. They will be analytical, proactive, possess strong organisational skills, and be a good team player. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required; fluency in Putonghua is advantageous.
