Business Compliance Manager

As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting a strong compliance culture within the department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing support in building effective procedures that are fully compliant with relevant AML regulations, offering timely advice on AML and sanction compliance, and performing internal control on compliance & risk within the business.

What you'll do:

  • Support the department in building effective settlement and payment services procedures that comply with relevant AML regulations
  • Provide timely AML and sanction compliance advice
  • Perform internal control on compliance & risk within the business
  • Prepare regular management reports regarding compliance and AML aspects
  • Cooperate with regulatory authorities to carry out internal and external inspections
  • Organise and provide training on CDD and AML risk assessments
  • Perform compliance/risk function related ad-hoc projects

What you bring:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance and AML areas
  • Familiarity with CDD and AML risk assessment procedures of correspondent banks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Good knowledge in using Excel for data management and reporting
