Funds Counsel (5+ PQE)

Calling Funds lawyer with 5+ PQE, I am working with a PE Fund in search of an additional lawyer to join their team. Please reach out for a confidential conversation.

What you'll do:

As a Fund Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice on fund-related matters. You will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating fund documents and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your excellent communication skills will be put to good use as you liaise with external counsel as required. You will also support the team in due diligence processes, demonstrating your meticulous attention to detail. Staying updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the business will be key to your success in this role.

* Provide legal advice on fund-related matters
* Review and negotiate fund documents and agreements
