Description

• Review, revamp and set up the regulations and policies for the organization
• Conduct day-to-day suspicious transaction investigations and prepare transaction reports to the relevant authorities
• Develop and implement AML, CTF and compliance framework to cope with the organization's standard
• To prepare, keep under review, and issue guidelines for the organization to cope with the applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, governmental decrees and company policies

Requirement

• Degree holder with 6+ years of experience in financial crime compliance in financial services in Hong Kong
• Experience in providing advisory in FCC policies and procedures
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills working within a matrix structure
