Legal Admin (Immigration)

A UK International company in Hong Kong is looking for a Legal Admin (Immigration) to support their expanding team. Ideal candidate have at least 1-3 years of experiences in legal sector or immigration field.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit applications to British Diplomatic Posts for foreign nationals to enter the UK under current immigration legislation
• Arrange work permission and dependant applications
• Support online VISA applications, making biometric appointments and prepare detailed entry clearance packs
• Keep up-to-date with government legislation and UKVI policy and guidance
• Build and maintain excellent communication with colleagues in local office and overseas office
• Manage specific tasks or ad hoc projects

• Excellent planning and organizational skills including the ability to multi-task effectively
• Good analytical and reasoning skills and proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong work ethic towards providing excellent client care
• Ability to work well within a team, including providing help and support to team members
• Assisting with training of new team members
• Take ownership and willingness to undertake research as required
