Job Description
• Provides a high quality legal advisory service for top management across the organisation
• Responsible for drafting, developing and renewing in the Group's policies and procedures as and when required for the business function
• Review and negotiate various tenders, contracts and agreements for different projects for the organisation
• Providing legal advice to the organisation from time to time on legal and regulatory aspects, including employment and contractual contentious matters
• Support the organisation by keeping up to date with legal developments and horizon scanning for changes which will impact policy and practice, preparing monthly updates for circulation to relevant business areas
Requirement
• Solid post-qualification experience in Law is required, with 10+ years of PQE
• Solid experience as a commercial or commercial law focused in house lawyer, preferrably from international law firms
• In-house legal experience is preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
