Job Description
• Report to the Group General Counsel
• Responsible for providing advice on compliance and regulatory matters on a global scale for the business
• To oversee corporate governance developments and support the Board in customizing practices to match the needs of the Company
• Support internal control and risk management and uphold good corporate governance practices
• Handle all regulatory matters including listing rules, competition law
• Provide legal and compliance-related training to various business units within the Group

Requirement
• Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with at least 15 years’ post qualification experience;
• Possess solid experience from an international law firm and in-house position in a major corporation.
• Possess strong technical legal skills and commercial acumen;
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to liaise effectively with internal clients at all levels and able to balance the interests of all stakeholders;
• Be able to work independently;
• Have excellent command of both English and Chinese languages
