Our client is a reputable law firm in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring a Hong Kong-qualified solicitor with 5-10+ years of PQE, who focuses on conveyancing. Under real estate team, responsible for Project Conveyancing and General Conveyancing transactions.

Our client is a reputable law firm in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring a Hong Kong-qualified solicitor with 5-10+ years of PQE, who focuses on conveyancing. Under real estate team, responsible for Project Conveyancing and General Conveyancing transactions.

Requirement
• Be a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with at least 4 years’ post qualification experience;
• Good experience in transactional conveyancing, project conveyancing and property-related commercial work
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to liaise effectively with internal clients at all levels and able to balance the interests of all stakeholders;
• Be able to work independently;
• Have excellent command of both English and Chinese languages (Cantonese and Mandarin), with the ability to communicate effectively and draft documents in both languages.
