Our client is a regulatory organization in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring a Legal Counsel who specializes in the legal advisory and regulatory matters within the organization.
Description
- Review, revamp and set up the regulations and policies for the organization
- Counduct research for the legal cases, policies and guildlines
- To prepare, keep under review, and issue guidelines for the organization to cope with the applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, governmental decrees and organisation policies
- Provide advice and recommendation to the Committee on regulatory matters
Requirement
- Degree holder with PQE 7+ from reputable law firms / inhouse experience
- Knowledge in dispute, intellectual property law or constitutional law is an advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skill sets
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills working within a matrix structure
- Ability to work independently and multitask
