Description
Conducting thorough research on legal issues, case law, statutes, and regulations to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.
- Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and editing of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, and other legal correspondence
- Conducting thorough research on legal issues, case law, statutes, and regulations
- Organizing and managing case files, including maintaining document libraries, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with rules and procedures.
- Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling billing and invoicing.
- Utilizing legal software and databases to store and retrieve case-related information, legal research materials, and court filings.
Requirement
- LLB Degree holder with from 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and multitask
