• Handled KYC/information requests from our banks, counterparties, portfolio companies and service providers
• Submitted all SFC and FCA filings and update for ROs and all licensed staff
• Worked with our compliance consultant on ad hoc compliance issues, e.g. change of office address, name card formatting and changes on Manager-in-Charge of key functions as required by SFC and FCA
• Worked with our registered agents in setting up/maintaining SPVs and updating the registers as required
• Worked with Fund Administrator in distributing notices to LPs – the latest one being the termination notice for KEF I
• Arranged signing of transaction documents and resolutions
• Handled all CRS and FATCA filings for all our entities
• Handled all invoices from service providers
• Company Secretarial
- Prepared resolutions, annual returns, company registry filing
- Cayman Fund registration and annual filing
- Economic Substance filing and on going compliance
• Handled all questionnaires from SFC/FCA/Cayman Islands Monetary Authority both for directors and entities
• Prepared different version of our structure diagram for different purposes
• Prepared all required information and documents for our professional insurance annual renewal
