Our client is an international law firm. They are currently hiring a Hong Kong-qualified solicitor with 2-3 years of PQE under corporate team, responsible for their cross border M&A transaction, project finance and regulatory matters.

Requirement
• Be a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with 1-3 years’ post qualification experience;
• Good experience in transactional and corporate deals
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to liaise effectively with internal clients at all levels and able to balance the interests of all stakeholders;
• Have excellent command of both English and Chinese languages (Cantonese and Mandarin), with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
