Our client is a reputable and well established law firm in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring a lawyer who will be under their commercial team, focuses on M&A, general commercial and funds related legal matters.
Requirement
• Be a qualified solicitor with at least 5-8 years’ post qualification experience;
• Good experience in transactional deals, investment funds and general commercial legal work
• Be able to work independently;
• Have excellent command of both English and Chinese languages (Cantonese and Mandarin), with the ability to communicate effectively and draft documents in both languages.
