Our client is a property developer in with a good track record of investment across the region. They are currently hiring a Senior Legal Counsel role who specializes in all-rounded corporate legal matters for the business.

Job Description
•Support on regulatory/legal developments and provide assistance throughout where needed
• Provide advice on listing rules compliance matters
• Responsible for handling the corporate deals on a global scale for the business
• Joint venture with other leading international institutions
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters contracts including M&A, JV and legal issues relating to the matters above

Requirement
• Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with at least 10 years’ post qualification experience;
• Possess solid experience from an international law firm or in-house position in a major corporation.
• Possess strong technical legal skills and commercial acumen;
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to liaise effectively with internal clients at all levels and able to balance the interests of all stakeholders;
• Be able to work independently;
• Have excellent command of both English and Chinese languages (Cantonese and Mandarin), with the ability to communicate effectively an
