• Experience handling a broad range of legal work as in-house, such as commercial contracts, corporate/M&A, investment in real estate and funds, financing, corporate/ reorganization, litigation, intellectual property
• Experience in cross-border work and working with external counsels, including overseas ones
• Experience in property related work preferred
• Advise on and address legal risks arising out of business proposals and operations
• Advise on legal and regulatory developments relevant to the group’s business
• Ability to handle a broad range of legal work and willingness to learn on the job with guidance from the General Counsel
• Good commercial acumen and ability to understand business goals and risk appetite
• Resourceful, solution-oriented, collaborative and self-motivated
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin not required
