Job Description
- Leading the legal team
- Support on regulatory/legal developments and provide assistance throughout where needed
- Provide advice on listing rules compliance, M&A and JV matters
- Responsible for handling the corporate deals for the business
- Prepare or review legal documents, business plans, actions and strategies required by the business organization and functional departments. Give guidance and assistance to such items
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for their products and campaign
- Assisting company on IP registration applications, handling requisitions and objections during application processes, prosecuting against third party infringement of Company IP
Requirement
- Degree holder with 12+ PQE from reputable law firms and inhouse experience
- Experience in general commercial, corporate finance and intellectual properties legal matters
- Experience in property sector is preferred
- Excellent command in English and Chinese
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills working within a matrix structure
- Ability to work independently and multitask
