Our client is a sizable technology business. They are currently hiring a Paralegal role who specialises in general commercial legal matters for the business.
Description
• Review and draft all types of agreements, formal letters and all kinds of legal documents
• Responsible for annual filings, financial statements and complying with all rules and regulations of local government bodies and institutions
• Closely communicate with headquarter on handling daily legal matters to comply with corporate requirements
• Provide advice and support on handling contentious and litigation matters
• Liaise and coordinate with external lawyers and third-party consultants in order to obtaining various legal supporting advice, services and information
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement
• Degree holder or above in Law or related disciplines in Hong Kong
• With 3+ years work experience for handling all rounded legal matters
• Excellent commercial agreement drafting skills in both English and Chinese
• Attention to details with strong analytical mindset
• A good team player with strong communication and problem-solving skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
