Job Description
- Leading a team of 3
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiations of legal documents and commercial contract
- Prepare or review legal documents, business plans, actions and strategies required by the business organization and functional departments. Give guidance and assistance to such items.
- Responsible for handling the corporate deals on a global scale for the business
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters contracts including M&A, JV and legal issues relating to the matters above
- Participating in the development of the corporate governance framework, including policies,
procedures and guideline to be in line with the group’s strategy and objective
Requirement
- Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with at least 10 years’ post qualification experience;
- Possess solid experience from reputable law firms or in-house position in a major corporation.
- Possess strong technical legal skills and commercial acumen;
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to liaise effectively with internal clients at all levels and able to balance the interests of all stakeholders;
- Have excellent command of both English and Chinese languages (Cantonese and Mandarin)
