Multinational Bank - Legal Support

Hi All, I'm currently representing a multinational bank with global presence in looking for an Analyst - Legal. Open to consider law graduates with experience and interest towards the banking industry. Please reach out for a confidential conversation.

Key Responsibilities:
• To prepare, review and comment on legal documentations.
• To provide advice to Front Office representatives and other departments of the bank in relation to legal risk and documentation matters.
• To liaise with external lawyers and to conduct research on legal issues.
• To handle general administration duties.
• To handle any special projects as assigned by the Management.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties (including outdoor duties) as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in legal studies or related field; suitable candidates with less qualification may also be considered.
• Experience working as paralegal, legal executive or legal secretary in a sizable law firm or legal department of a financial institution.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Relevant experience in drafting and preparation of legal documentations is preferred.
• Well organised, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively and independently.
