Description
• Review, draft and advise on inter-company and commercial contracts (such as vendor contracts, etc.) and maintain related records
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Support special projects
• Review, draft and support on request for approvals from the businesses according to internal policy and procedures
• Support policy governance alignment with Regional Office and its complementary offices, and Asia and Corporate offices policy governance policy and procedures
• Track and monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business
• Provide general support to Corporate Development and other merger & acquisition projects
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree required, international law firm experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment; some exposure to compliance is a plus
• Motivated self-starter who can handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Communicates clearly with colleagues and external partners
• Fluency in English required, fluency in Mandarin preferred
