- Continuously improving the control and monitoring of risk, including behaviours.
- Drive effective design of material operational controls
- Provide controls consultancy, advice and guidance
- Apply and critique Risk and Control Framework
- Implementing robust risk governance and ensuring all stakeholders have visibility of key risks and remediation activity;
- Conducting high quality and efficient reviews of control performance;
- Facilitating controls remediation where required;
- Raising awareness and understanding of risks, controls and risk management;
- Apply and critique definition and application of policies, control standards and procedures
- Ensure update documentation is prepared and issue updates to provide a single source of the truth.
- Support the business with ongoing subject matter expert input into their risk assessments and risk based controls monitoring of Non Financial Risks.
