This Infrastructure Specialist position will provide support to users, systems, network and mobile devices. Within a multinational culture, you will be responsible to oversee the IT support across both Hong Kong and Shanghai office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IT support activities to Hong Kong and Shanghai offices
• Provide users, systems and network support
• Liaise with global IT teams on projects i.e. systems upgrade and new office setup
• Manage vendors on negotiations and ensure services being provided meet with agreed standards

Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience providing IT support
• Hands-on with supporting Macintosh, Windows, network and mobile/tablet devices
• Technically proficient with Macintosh OSX, Windows 7/10, Windows server, VMware, Office applications and Cisco switches/routers
• Prior experience work with vendors is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills and can work with counterparts across multiple regional offices
• Comfortable to work individually
• Occasional travelling is required
• Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
