This is a Service Desk Specialist position responsible to provide support on both internal and external requests from email and phone. This role will also participate in product launch and solution implementation projects.
- Act as 1st point of contact on internal and external mail and phone enquires
- Manage ticket processing and diagnose issues
- Conduct follow up on ticket resolution and provide timely updates
- Participate in new product launch and solution evaluation/implementation projects
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience providing users support
- Excellent customers oriented attitudes
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in Chinese and English
