Project Manager – Retail Operation Process Transform

New headcount in leading a data driven team to define new Retail Operation Process and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyst business trend by data and decide business strategy to obtain business objective
• Define project scope and plan, select vendor, organize resource, manage project quality and risk
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business and technology innovation to achieve business unit’s strategic plan and business objectives
• Structure the team, measure and monitor project delivery timeline, proposing options to mitigate risk and drive issues to resolution
• Implementation of business measurement, operational guidelines or strategies, and support management reporting through coordination and communication between business teams
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Information technology, business administration
• 8+ years in project management and business operation / process change management, experience in E-commerce & Retail industry will be a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, with Data Analytic skills is preferred
• Strong business acumen, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
