Our client is a leasing sizable international bank. This is a project manager role which aims to enhance client experience(internal clients).
Responsible for delivering projects that enhance client experience in relation to sanctions screening for Asia Pacific stakeholders.
Plan, mobilise and direct projects of high complexity from definition to closure
Responsible for proactively managing all elements of delivery including but not limited to scope, timelines, risks, execution, outcomes and benefits.
Work closely with the Global WOLF and Client Experience Programme Manager along with counterparts for other regions to ensure continued alignment of deliverables to overall team objectives.
Maintain awareness of business strategies and implement alternative strategies to gain competitive edge.
Monitor performance against plan and take corrective action as required.
Recommend and manage implementation of process improvements while maintaining or increasing customer satisfaction and reducing risk.
Specific deliverables for the Asia region including but not limited to strategic process improvement initiatives, engagement and awareness for all regional Global Liquidity and Cash Management and Line of Business stakeholders, working with Filter Management to deliver Asia Pacific Client Reviews for Global Liquidity and Cash Management, Commercial Banking and Global Banking and Markets clients.
Promote full team engagement across the extended Global WOLF team.
Where required, operate as a key stakeholder, and act in an advisory and consultative capacity to all major and minor projects impacting WOLF.
Establish cultural and behavioral excellence and develop high engagement across the Global WOLF team.
Support the development of performance management across the Global Client Experience team to maximise effectiveness.
Share knowledge, experience and best practices with junior staff within and outside of immediate team and promote a collective culture to spread experience and best practice.
Articulate resource requirements in support of the headcount plan, demonstrate optimisation of resource allocation to meet the demands and opportunities of the business.
Manage succession for key roles using internal and selective hires where appropriate.

Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group's standards of ethical behavior.

Ensure Global Standards are designed and applied in collaboration with all members of the Client Experience and extended Global WOLF team. Procedures must be standardised and adhered to consistently globally.
Ensure all delivery initiatives are compliant with Financial Crime Risk governance and policy.
Support the delivery of major change programmes to tight budgets and aggressive timelines with adherence to standards and active management of risk.
Act as the point of contact for Global WOLF in Asia Pacific.
Adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.
Implement the Group compliance policy by containing compliance risk in liaison with Global Head of Compliance, Global Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer.
Adhering to all relevant processes and procedures and by liaising with Compliance department about new business initiatives at the earliest opportunity. Also and when applicable, by ensuring adequate resources are in place and training is provided, fostering a compliance culture and optimising relations with regulators.
Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with the company or regulatory standards and policies, and optimise relations with regulators by addressing any issues.

Bachelor's degree in business, related field or equivalent experience
Proven and progressive payment operations experience or equivalent
Strong managerial, communications, planning, organisational, decision making, negotiations and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of products, services, policies and regulations impacting unit of responsibility
Proven ability to respond to changing circumstances
