A System Analyst focus on Incident management and production support with good knowledge in J2EE and Oracle.

This role develops and supports systems spanning across company front office to back office. The team composes of over hundred local staff partnering with development partners from regional/global office, local and offshore vendors, to compose a pool of highly competent resource.

Responsibilities

• Issue investigation and follow up to ensure issues are solved
• Manage incident and status reporting
• Provide production on-call support
• Facilitate to ensure system security controls which conform to company standards

Requirements

• University/polytechnic graduates in any computer-related discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience
• Solid development experience in J2EE, Oracle, and/or mobile would be an advantage
• Experience in insurance or wealth management projects are helpful
• Knowledge / Skills
• Knowledge of the life insurance industry preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
