  • Support additional projects or initiatives aligned with broader organisational priorities.

What you bring:

  • A recognised bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, marketing, education, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 12 years’ experience in programme management, learning and development, talent engagement, or large‑scale project execution.
  • Strong passion and proven experience in early‑career talent development, career advisory, or workforce pipeline building.
  • Solid understanding of innovation‑driven industries, higher education environments, or relevant emerging sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across public, private, and non‑profit organisations.
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the resilience to operate effectively in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and/or Putonghua preferred.
  • Confident presenter with strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to influence across diverse audiences.
