What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to promote employee engagement and experiences
  • Manage and implement Global, Regional and local EE&E programs such as Employee of the Year, Appreciation Week, Long Service Award, Health & Wellbeing, “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belong” initiatives
  • Execute specific employee events such as HK Airport Authority Sports events, Functional gathering
  • Manage Employee Opinion Survey and other people related surveys from survey ordering to report generation to result communication and improvement action identification
  • Provide guidance to line departments on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, engagement and retention.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and assist in data analysis.
  • Participate in HR projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business-related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' HR experience in multinational companies
  • Detail-minded, analytical and possess a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with people at different levels
  • Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerBI, Sharepoint, and Canva
