Assistant L&D Manager | MNC
One of the fast growing MNC consumer business is looking for an Asst Talent & Development Manager to join their high performing team. The person will take a pivitol role in driving the company wide learning & development initiatives as well as fostering positive corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end learning initiatives including in-house, external, and eLearning programs.
- Identify training needs and execute annual/monthly L&D plans aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with department heads on engagement strategies such as succession planning and team building.
- Champion a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with corporate culture
- Contribute to projects related to diversity, inclusion, and organizational culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR (HRM preferred).
- 5–8 years' experience in learning & development, talent development, ideally in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Adaptable, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
