One of the fast growing MNC consumer business is looking for an Asst Talent & Development Manager to join their high performing team. The person will take a pivitol role in driving the company wide learning & development initiatives as well as fostering positive corporate culture.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Assistant L&D Manager on behalf of our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding multinational company. This role will play a key part in driving talent development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives across the Asia Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end learning initiatives including in-house, external, and eLearning programs.
  • Identify training needs and execute annual/monthly L&D plans aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads on engagement strategies such as succession planning and team building.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with corporate culture
  • Contribute to projects related to diversity, inclusion, and organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR (HRM preferred).
  • 5–8 years' experience in learning & development, talent development, ideally in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Adaptable, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
