Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partner:

  • Collaborate closely with organisational leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and development opportunities to enhance overall performance.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on effective team management and decision-making.

Talent Management & Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies, including workforce planning and employee development programs.
  • Partner with global hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct interviews, and address employee relations matters.
  • Drive initiatives that support talent growth, career progression, and skill development across the organisation.

Change Management & Transformation:

  • Lead organisational change efforts and restructuring projects with a focus on effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage all aspects of organisational change, including but not limited to career transition training, and team rebuilding initiatives.

Organisational Development:

  • Implement talent management and diversity policies to attract and retain top talent in alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with local Talent Acquisition teams to build a strong talent pipeline and optimise the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience, preferably gained in multinational companies.
  • HR Business Partner with a talent management background and regional exposure are highly preferred.
  • Flexible, agile with strong communication and articulation skills; strong stakeholder and project management skills.
  • More experienced candidates will be considered for other potential roles
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
