My client is a Fortune 500 company with a robust business presence, currently seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join their high-performing team. Candidates from an Learning and Development/Training background who are interested in transitioning into the talent management field are welcome to apply!

About the Role:

  • In collaboration with senior team members, you will assist in overseeing and managing performance review cycles and supporting the establishment of measurable goals aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Proactively follow up and facilitate insightful conversations with line managers and employees regarding performance expectations and feedback sessions.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with team learning and development as well as talent management administrative support.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in learning & development and performance management to enhance team initiatives.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

About the People:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Training/Learning and Development, preferably gained in a sizeable company.
  • Candidates from a Training and Development background, with an interest in advancing in talent management and development, are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility in work approach, adept at time management, and a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
