Our client, a leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Early Careers, to lead the end-to-end cycle of their well-established and market-reputable Graduate Trainee program. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the development of top graduate talent and drive innovation within a growth-oriented company, and to lead the design and implementation of a best-in-class Graduate Trainee Program for a respected top notch organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end program cycle, including employer branding, campus recruitment, ability/behavioural/personality assessments, and the full cycle from assessment center to on-boarding, job rotation, corporate exposure, coaching, talent conversations, performance reviews, and placement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure continuous enhancement of the graduate program to align with evolving business needs
  • Partner with L&D and Talent Development teams to support the talent development initiatives for the Graduate Trainees
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • 7-10+ years of experience in talent management, talent development, or graduate program management
  • Candidates with experience in program revamp/enhancement will have an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with graduate trainees and stakeholders
  • Passion for early careers and dedication to the graduate program path
  • Innovative and flexible mindset, with the ability to work well in a team
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as Manager / Senior Officer
